What verification means, and what it does not
What it means
A verified credential shows current registry status for the issued Trust Badge and the recorded assessment scope. Alignment language appears only when the stored standard version supports it.
What it does not mean
Verification is not a promise that the business is currently free of security weaknesses. It does not infer independent review from tier, payment, or partner membership. Legacy Core is a private credentialing authority, not a regulator, insurer, MSP, or monitoring product.
