No. Silver and Gold are earned through Alliance Partner attestation with evidence, or through independent third-party verification. They are never sold as a self-serve upgrade.
Do I need Bronze first?
Yes. Bronze is the entry credential. Silver and Gold build on a live Bronze listing and demonstrated control maturity.
What evidence is required?
