Legacy Core™ partnered with Provident Bank to deliver a practical fraud-prevention session for local seniors. The presentation covered common scams, warning signs, identity protection, and simple steps attendees can take to protect their money and personal information.

Legacy Core™ partnered with Provident Bank in Hemet to host an educational fraud-prevention session designed specifically for seniors. Led by Christopher Green, Founder of Legacy Core™, the presentation explained today’s most common scams in clear, non-technical language, including impersonation scams, fraudulent phone calls, suspicious emails and text messages, identity theft, and financial fraud.

Attendees learned how to recognize common warning signs, verify unexpected requests, protect personal and banking information, and respond quickly when something does not feel right. The session focused on practical actions seniors and their families can use immediately to reduce risk and make more confident decisions.

The event received a strong response from the audience and created opportunities for additional community education sessions with Provident Bank and local partners.
